Announcement on Establishment of a Subsidiary in Korea

NPC Incorporated ("the Company") announces that the Company has established a subsidiary in Korea.

  • 1. Background of establishment

    The Company has started providing various machines such as automated/labor-saving machines and vacuum bonding machines for a wide range of industries within and outside Japan, in addition to photovoltaic module manufacturing equipment, its main products. As the Company has decided it is essential to offer supports and services more quickly to its existing customer of automated/labor-saving machines in Korea, it has established a wholly owned subsidiary.

    Through the new business base, the Company is determined to improve customer satisfaction even more and develop its businesses continuously and progressively.
