NSI N.V. announces that Harm Meijer has decided to resign from his position as member of the Supervisory Board per June 19, 2023. Harm Meijer was appointed to the Supervisory Board in April 2016 and reappointed in April 2020 for a new term, which was originally due to end in April 2024.

Harm Meijer: "ICAMAP became a shareholder of NSI in 2015 and I joined the Supervisory Board in 2016. During my tenure I have seen NSI transform itself into the leading Dutch office specialist. I am proud to have been part of this journey. I am confident the solid foundation that has been laid in recent years has put the business on a strong footing for the future. With the Strategic Review now well underway it is a natural moment for me to step back to ensure that my positions as Supervisory Board member of NSI and managing director of NSI's largest shareholder will not give cause for any potential or perceived conflict of interest."

Jan Willem de Geus, Chairman: "I speak on behalf of the Supervisory Board and Management Board in expressing our gratitude for Harm's support and for the many contributions he has made to the transformation of NSI since 2016. We appreciate his decision to step back at this stage of the Strategic Review."
