NuVim Inc. cancelled the acquisition of majority stake in GRAN NEVADA Beverage, Inc.

NuVim, Inc. produces, distributes and markets beverage products, based on clinically health benefits. The Company’s Nuvim contains a whey protein concentrate, which has been demonstrated to help muscle flexibility, sturdy joints and athletic performance. Nuvim also contains 100% of vitamins C, E, B12, zinc, 60% vitamin A, 6% complete protein with all nine essential amino acids. Nuvim has 10 calories per eight ounce serving. The Company's NuVim is available in three flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry. The Company addresses a range of consumer needs, including joint pain, muscle flexibility, tired/run down, wellness, weight control, nutrient supplement and athletic training/muscle recovery.
