(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

NWF Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based distributor of fuel, food and feed - Chief Executive Richard Whiting will retire in March next year after leading NWF for 15 years. Finance Director Chris Belsham is promoted to chief executive designate from Tuesday, having joined the company in 2017. Katie Shortland will join NWF as chief financial officer on October 2 to replace Belsham. Shortland currently is finance & transformation Director at Midland Expressway Ltd and previously held senior finance positions at Meggitt PLC and Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC. Chair Philip Acton will remain in place until the 2024 annual general meeting to oversee the executive transition.

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC - Haywards Heath, England-based brick manufacturer - Martin Warner will retire as chair at the AGM in May next year, replaced by Non-Executive Director Tony Morris. Warner has been chair since 2016, having been the company's joint founder and its CEO. Morris joined the board in November 2020.

600 Group PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based manufacturer and distributor of machine tools, precision engineered components and industrial laser systems - Moves Todd Riggs from non-executive director to chief operating officer of 600 Group Inc, a subsidiary that is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the group. Riggs, who joined the board two years ago, remains a company director.

Hargreaves Services PLC - Durham, England-based services to industrial and property sectors - Promotes Stephen Craigen to finance director and board member. Craigen, who has been financial controller since 2017, will replace John Samuel on Wednesday next week, when Hargreaves Services will present its financial 2023 results.

Zytronic PLC - Tyne & Wear, England-based maker of sensors for interactive displays used in self-service, gaming, and industrial applications - Hires Chris Potts as non-executive chair, starting immediately. Interim Chair Mark Butcher will revert to independent non-executive director. Potts currently is chair of Guralp Systems Ltd, a maker of seismic event monitoring instrumentation.

Helium One Global Ltd - helium explorer in Tanzania - Ian Stalker steps down as non-executive chair immediately, after five years in post. Non-Executive Director James Smith is promoted to chair. Smith, a former Chevron Corp executive, has been on the Helium One board since its listing in December 2020.
