O’Key Group S.A. Announces Change of the Registered Office

O'Key Group SA is a Luxembourg-based retail chain company. The Company’s principal business activity is the operation of retail chain in Russia under the brand name, O’KEY. It offers its customers a range of food and non-food products. The Company develops dairy, meat and other food products, as well as consumer goods. It includes over 64,000 stock keeping units (SKUs). It operates approximately 96 stores in Russian cities, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Murmansk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Lipetsk, Volgograd, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Ufa, Astrakhan and Surgut.
