O'will Corporation completed the acquisition of 51% stake in JTI TRADE, INC.

O' will Corp is a Japan-based company engaged in the domestic sale, export and import of materials for food products, as well as the manufacture and sale of ice cream and other products. The Company operates through two business segments. The Wholesale Business segment is engaged in the domestic sales and import/export transactions of raw materials and products for beverage and food production (vitamins, food additives, pasteurized milk, processed agricultural products, beverage products, and others), wastewater purification plants, large ceiling fans, and commercial heaters. The Manufacturing and Sales Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of ice cream.
