Clancy Systems International, Inc. (OTCPK:CLSI) entered into an agreement to acquire Anthea, Inc on July 13, 2020. As part of the consideration, Clancy Systems International issued 60,000,000 shares of company common stock, or 14% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock after such issuance. This transaction is expected to close within the next 30 days, subject to customary closing conditions.
