  (1)The board of directors of YUNG FU, approved the ceiling of
  NT$50,000,000. Increase the capital of its subsidiary TSG POWER CORP.,
  the purpose of which is to enrich working capital
  (2)This time, TSG POWER will issue no more than 5,000,000 new shares
    through cash capital increase, and the issue price will be NT$10
     per share. According to regulations, 10% will be reserved for
      employees to subscribe, and the rest will be subscribed by
       shareholders in proportion to their shareholdings.
        If employees and shareholders give up the subscription
         or the subscription is insufficient, YUNG FU will subscribe.
