OHA Investment Corporation reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2018. For the quarter, total investment income of $1,886,000 compared to $2,751,000 a year ago. Interest income was $1,819,000 compared to $2,744,000 a year ago. Net investment income was $56,000 compared to $323,000 a year ago. Net decrease in net assets resulting from operations was $5,949,000 or $0.29 per share compared to $8,185,000 or $0.4 per share a year ago.
For the nine months, total investment income of $6,796,000 compared to $7,681,000 a year ago. Interest income was $6,572,000 compared to $7,613,000 a year ago. Net investment income was $628,000 or $0.03 per share compared to $661,000 or $0.03 per share a year ago. Net decrease in net assets resulting from operations was $3,209,000 or $0.16 per share compared to $32,172,000 or $1.59 per share a year ago.
