OKH Global Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is an integrated property developer with a focus on logistics and industrial properties. Its principal activities include the provision of construction services, property development and the rental of investment properties. The Company operates through three segments: Construction services, Property development and Property investment. Its Construction services segment includes general builders, construction contractors and general engineering. Its Property development segment is engaged in the development of industrial properties. Its Property investment segment is engaged in the leasing of investment properties to generate rental income and to gain from the appreciation in the value of the properties in the long term. The Company's property portfolio includes Ace @ Buroh, 12 Tai Seng Link, and Loyang Enterprise. Its subsidiaries include OKH Holdings Pte. Ltd., OKH Capital Pte. Ltd., and OKH Transhub Pte. Ltd.
