Old Second Bancorp, Inc. announced that on January 13, 2023 Keith Acker, a member of the Board of Directors of the company, resigned from the Board. Mr. Acker submitted his resignation in accordance with the Company's Director Resignation Policy, which requires that any person serving as a director submit his or her resignation as a director upon attaining the age of 73 during his or her tenure.
Old Second Bancorp, Inc. serves as the bank holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary bank, Old Second National Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a full-service banking business offering a range of deposit products, trust and wealth management services, lending services, and deposit services, including demand, NOW, money market, savings, time deposit and individual retirement accounts.
