Omaxe successfully allots 74 EWS flats in The Nile, Gurgaon

Gurgaon, June 5, 2013: India's leading Real Estate company Omaxe Ltd. on Wednesday successfully conducted the lucky draw for allotment of EWS flats in The Nile, Gurgaon. The company has offered 74 flats under this category. The company received a large number of applications towards the same.

The one room flats offer Economically Weaker Section (EWS) an opportunity to better their living standards and avail of the facilities in these residential complexes. Priced at Rs 1.5 lacs, the EWS flats are spacious. The ceremony was abuzz with excitement and expectation and people gathered in large numbers.
The draw commenced in the presence of Senior Town Planner cum Chairman Mr. R.K.Singh, Mr. Dhamender (Estate Officer Gurgaon on behalf of Deputy Commissioner), Ms. Renuka Singh (DTP, Faridabad on behalf of DGTCP, Haryana), Mr. Somvir Singh (Accounts Officer, STP Office, Gurgaon), Ms. Pushpa Hooda (Section Officer, STP Office, Gurgaon) and Mr. Hanuman Das (AD, STP Office, Gurgaon).
