In the period January 1st, 2024 - April 7th, 2024, OMV Petrom SA executed transactions with OMV Petrom Marketing S.R.L. in total value of RON 3,476,687,521 that exceed, cumulatively, 10% of the company's turnover for the year 2023, as follows:
- Sale transactions amounting to RON 3,449,750,605 consisting mainly in sales of petroleum products and other (e.g. electricity, natural gas, rent and other services);
- Acquisition transactions amounting to RON 26,936,916 consisting mainly in interest due in relation to bilateral loan contract and other acquisitions of petroleum products.
- amounts do not include VAT and excise collected in the name of third parties
