Partners have always been key to our success as they help our customers leverage the power of the suite to increase efficiency, drive productivity, and ultimately do more with less. With such a critical role to play, they act as an extension to our team and the results of that collaboration speak for themselves.

Since the beginning of our financial year in June 2023, revenue from customers of our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) partner base is up 45 percent compared to the same period last year. This success is also helping partners grow their practice quicker and win more business, creating a virtuous business cycle.

"We have been a NetSuite Solution Provider Partner for years and within that time, we've experienced tremendous growth due to the increasing demand for cloud ERP," said Rob Scrambler, ERP sales director, Catalyst ERP. "The ongoing training and support that NetSuite provides enables us to continuously expand our expertise across the suite so that we can deliver exceptional implementation experiences and help our clients get the most of their NetSuite investment."

NetSuite Partners are Benefiting from Certifications

Building on this success, we have recently seen a significant increase in the number of EMEA-based partners that are achieving formal certifications in NetSuite. This has been made possible by the NetSuite Certification program, which offers our partners the opportunity to develop accredited, expert-level, in-house NetSuite support.

This is another win-win as our customers welcome the opportunity to work with partners that exhibit advanced skills and competencies in implementing and making the most of their NetSuite investment. In addition, it also supports our partners' employees, who want to extend their qualifications and build a career within the NetSuite ecosystem.

To put this in context, our top ten partners in EMEA (determined by number of customers) have attained over 300 certifications or authorisations. In other words, the most certified partners are also the most successful.

"At SANSA, we know that the strength of our brand is largely attributed to the expertise of our people," said Tony Fidler, CEO and founder at SANSA. "As a NetSuite Alliance Partner, we leverage NetSuite certifications for training and development which helps us attract and retain the best consultants on the market. I believe our continued investment in NetSuite certifications helped us earn the NetSuite Expertise in ERP award, and most importantly, it has helped our clients have greater assurance in our ability to deliver a timely, consistent, and successful implementation experience."
