Pro-invest Group, a leading private equity real estate asset manager and investment firm has selected Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) to standardize operations across its properties. Pro-invest needed to consolidate multiple PMS systems to centralize its data and operations on a system that could handle a wide range of hotels, from smaller independent properties to larger global brands. With OPERA Cloud, Pro-invest will be able to support its ambitious growth trajectory and enhance its service delivery to better serve the evolving needs of its guests across every segment of the market.

As a franchise partner across several of the world's largest hotel brands and the owner of several of its own hotel brands, Pro-invest completed a competitive review, and chose OPERA Cloud for its security, proven ability to scale globally, and interoperability with its central architecture. OPERA Cloud also offered the criteria needed to help deliver on Pro-invest's vision of a seamless, integrated guest experience powered by the cloud, fostered by an expansive library of validated integrations available through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP).

Following a successful pilot at The Sebel Canberra Campbell, Pro-invest have rolled out Oracle OPERA Cloud to three further locations: Sage James Street, Sage Wollongong, and Country Comfort Perth. The company's goal is to have the majority of hotels they run under both the Pro-invest Group and their joint venture Vista Hospitality Group live on OPERA Cloud by mid-2025.
