Orbit Exports Limited informed that Ms. Sonia Gupte has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company vide letter dated January 31, 2024. The Company has accepted her resignation, and she will be relieved from her duties from the closure of business hours on April 1, 2024.
