Orex Minerals Inc. signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Valenciana Gold-Silver Project from Exploraciones El Cairo S.R.L. de C.V..

Orex Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on precious and base metals exploration in Mexico and Canada. The Company is engaged primarily in the acquisition and exploration and evaluation of assets. It has several projects, including two projects are located in Durango State, Mexico, the Sandra Silver-Gold Project with Pan American Silver Corp. and the Coneto Gold-Silver Project with Fresnillo PLC. The third project is the Jumping Josephine Gold Project in British Columbia, Canada. The Sandra Project is a silver and gold exploration property located 40 kilometers (km) north of the community of Tepehuanes and 180 km north of the City of Durango in Durango State, Mexico. The Coneto Silver-Gold Project is located in the Mesa Central, on the eastern flank of the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountains. The Jumping Josephine Gold Project is in the West Kootenay Region in southern British Columbia and has 24 mineral claims totaling 11,667 hectares.
