Oriental Group Ltd is a steel manufacturing and trading company. The principal activities of the Company are procurement, supply and provision of value added services of metal products, such as mild steel round bars, high tensile deformed bars, angle bars and flat bars used in the industrial and construction industries. The Company operates in three geographical areas: Singapore, which includes the Company's operations relating to trading of steel products, investment holding and rental of investment property; People's Republic of China, which includes the Company's operations relating to manufacture and sale of steel products, and Malaysia, which includes the Company's operations relating to trading of steel products. Its carbon steel products include U-channel bar, Tongued and grooved steel, T-Shaped Bar, H-Shaped Bar, Bulb Flat Steel and Tracked Steel. Its steel production facilities are located in Jiangyin City and Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province, the People's Republic of China.
