Orinoco Gold Limited Appoints Matthew O'Kane as Non-Executive Director

Orinoco Gold Limited announced that Mr. Matthew O'Kane has been appointed as a non-executive Director, effective immediately. Mr. O'Kane is currently the CFO an ASX listed gold explorer, as well as providing CFO services to a Hong Kong SFC licensed institutional brokerage and asset management firm. He also provides consulting services to minerals and commodities businesses. He is also presently a Director of Azarga Uranium and is a Director of Pursuit Minerals.

Orinoco Gold Limited is engaged in developing a gold mine and conducting exploration activities on projects located on the Faina Greenstone Belt in Central Brazil, South America. The Company's segments include Gold and All Other. The Company holds interest in the Curral de Pedra Project, which is located in Goias State in Central Brazil. The Company also holds interest in the Sertao Project, which is also a gold project in Brazil.
