ORIX CORPORATION TOKYO, Japan - April 17, 2024 - ORIX Corporation ("ORIX") is pleased to announce that it celebrates its 60th anniversary today. ORIX Group was established in 1964 and has grown from its roots in leasing in Japan to become a global, diverse, and unique corporate group. Today the group operates businesses and delivers services in around 30 countries and regions around the world with approximately 35,000 people. It is active in financing and investment, life insurance, banking, asset management, real estate, concession, environment and energy, automobile-related services, industrial/ICT equipment, ships and aircraft.

To celebrate the anniversary, ORIX Group has released a 60th anniversary logo to mark the occasion.
This anniversary also coincides with the introduction of the ORIX Group Purpose & Culture, which defines why ORIX Group exists in the world and sets out a set of shared values that ORIX Group employees live and champion every day.
