ORPEA announced the appointment of Fabienne Dulac to its Executive Committee as Deputy CEO, effective from 02 October. Working alongside Group CEO, Laurent Guillot, Fabienne Dulac who was previously CEO for Orange France, will be responsible for the Group's Performance and Innovation as well as its France-Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy) and Latin America regions. After initiating the Group's transformation and completing the main stages in its financial restructuring, notably with the entry to the capital by year-end of a group of investors ("Groupement") composed of Caisse des Depôts, CNP Assurances, MAIF and MACSF, ORPEA is strengthening its management team to accelerate the new phase in the Refoundation Plan started in 2022.

Fabienne Dulac began her career at France's Ministry of the Interior before joining VTCOM, a company specialising in multimedia services. In 1997, she joined France Télécom's Multimedia Division, contributing to the establishment of Wanadoo and the development of the company's Internet services and content strategy. For the next decade, Fabienne Dulac held various positions in marketing, business development and customer relations.

Then, in 2008, she founded Orange's Digital Department, embarking on the company's digital transformation. In 2011, Fabienne Dulac became head of Orange's North France Division. Between 2015 and 2023, she served as CEO for Orange France, the operator's leading market.

More recently, she worked as Chair of Orange Business, with a focus on the company's transformation. An M. Phil graduate in Political Sociology from the Paris Institute of Political Studies, Fabienne Dulac also holds a Master's degree in History, a Bachelor's degree in Literature and has completed the Stanford Executive Program.
