Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. announced that on March 28, 2019, David P. Boyle, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the corporation, informed the corporation that he does not intend to renew his employment agreement. Mr. Boyle's decision is due to personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with the corporation on any matter relating to the corporation's operations, policies or practices. Mr. Boyle and the corporation have agreed to work through an orderly transition of the duties of the Chief Financial Officer over the coming months.
The corporation intends to commence a search for a new Chief Financial Officer during this time.
Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. is a financial holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary Orrstown Bank (the Bank).
