Osiajee Texfab Limited is an India-based company that is engaged in the business of trading in textile products, the end users of which are various manufacturing houses. The Company is involved in the trading of fabrics. The main object of the Company is to carry on business in India or elsewhere the business of manufacturing, processing, packing, grading, crimping, twisting, finishing, coloring, bleaching, dyeing, printing, embroidering, blending, stretching, cutting, selling, reselling, importing, exporting, trading, supplying and to act as manufacturer, brokers, agent, importers, exporters, designers, distributors, suppliers, liasioner export house, wholesale and retail dealers in all kinds of natural and synthetic yarns and fabrics, among others. Its subsidiary, Osiajee Agro Farms Limited, is engaged in the agro farming in Eucalyptus and Poplar trees in Hoshiarpur district of Punjab, the produce of which is sold to the plywood industry as well as other wood-based manufacturers.
