Following the disposal of the investment business in 2022, Rand Merchand Investment Holdings Limited changed its name to OUTsurance Group Limited. OUTsurance Group Limited is an insurance group organized around 2 areas of activities: - short-term non-life insurance: automobile, home, business insurance, etc.; - life insurance. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: South Africa (55.3%) and Australia (44.7%).
