We have to inform you that Mr. Irfan Mustafa has resigned from the Board of Directors of Packages Limited (the 'Board') w.e.f. 25 August 2023 and the Board has accepted his resignation.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Irfan Mustafa for his valuable contribution as an independent member of the Board since the year 2020. His vast experience, expertise and insight, especially in the field of management and consumer business added tremendous value to the Board and the Board hereby expresses its best wishes for Mr. Irfan Mustafa's future endeavors.
The casual vacancy as a result of the above resignation will be filled by the Board of Directors of the Company in due course of time.
