Palestine Real Estate Investment Co (PRICO), also known as Aqaria, is a Palestine-based public shareholding company engaged in the real estate development sector. The Company focuses on the development and sale of different types of real estate; the establishment of housing, commercial and industrial villages and cities and provides necessary infrastructure to them, and financing of various real estate projects. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through its subsidiaries, including wholly owned Palestine Real Estate Investment- Jordan, Mabanee Constructing and Development Company and Breko Quds, as well as 60%-owned Almarafeq Investment for Construction and Operation. The Company executed a number of projects in Palestine include residential and commercial complexes.
