Pampa Energía S.A. (BASE:PAMP) agreed to acquire Remaining 45% stake in the Rincon de Aranda from Total Austral S.A. on June 23, 2023. In exchange of the transaction Pampa Energía will transfer 100% of Parque Eólico Mario Cebreiro to Total Austral. The Swap also includes the assignment of Parque Eólico Mario Cebreiro's debt, which amounted to $86 million as of March 31, 2023. The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.
Pampa Energía S.A. (BASE:PAMP) completed the acquisition of remaining 45% stake in the Rincon de Aranda from Total Austral S.A. on August 16, 2023. Pampa closed the agreement with Total Austral S.A. (Argentine branch) to acquire the additional 45% interest in the Rincón de Aranda block. As part of this agreement, Pampa transferred its 100% equity stake in Greenwind, whose only asset is PEMC.
