The Company's principal activities include licensing and distribution, and Paragon Creative Limited, through which it conducts design and build business. Its segments include Design and Build, and Licensing and Distribution. The Design and Build segment designs, builds and consults on exhibits and attractions for theme parks, museums, visitor attractions, leisure destinations, experiential brand and retail centers, aquariums and water parks, among others. The Licensing and Distribution segment licenses third-party attractions and related intellectual property to create branded attraction concepts and leisure destinations. Its projects include The Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Land of the Lions at London Zoo, Motiongate theme park in Dubai and others.
