Paragon ID: nearly 186,000 shares tendered to the OPAS

Banque Palatine has informed the AMF that, during the period of the simplified public tender offer (OPAS) for Paragon ID shares, i.e. from September 21 to November 2 inclusive, Grenadier Holdings Limited acquired 185,804 shares at a unit price of €38.01.

At the close of the offer, the offeror thus holds, in concert with GIML Investments 3 Limited, 95.64% of the capital and at least 95.04% of the voting rights of Paragon ID. The shares will remain suspended pending implementation of the squeeze-out procedure.
