Lunettes Inc. agreed to acquire an additional 10.11% stake in Paris Miki Holdings Inc. from Codomo Limited.

PARIS MIKI HOLDINGS Inc. is a Japan-based holding company principally engaged in the eyewear retail business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Japan segment is engaged in the retail of eyewear in domestic market, the manufacture of eyewear frames, general construction business and interior finishing business, the support of medical business, the insurance agency business and others. The Overseas segment is engaged in the retail of eyewear in overseas markets and the operation of ophthalmology facilities.
