Paref announced on Tuesday that it has promoted Azzdine Guechi, until now director of its asset management division, to the position of group real estate director.

In his new role, the 36-year-old executive will be responsible for overseeing asset management, property management and real estate accounting activities, as well as the group's technical management.

Under his responsibility, the company's real estate division will offer real estate services not only for the Group's portfolios, but also on behalf of third parties.

Azzdine Guechi, who joined Paref in 2021, previously held several positions at Covivio, where he began his career as an analyst.

At the former Foncière des Régions, he eventually became head of the office portfolio for France.

As of June 30, Paref managed assets worth 2.9 billion euros.
