Partron Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A091700) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 500,000 shares, pursuant to a trust contract with Samsung Securities. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and uplift the shareholder value.
The program will expire on July 14, 2023. As of April 13, 2023, the company had 5,003,174 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury under other acquisitions.
Partron Co Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of electronic parts. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Mobile Phone Part segment provides camera modules, antennas, sensors and crystal oscillators used for mobile phones. The Other Part segment provides antennas, crystal oscillators, dielectric filters, isolators, radio frequency (RF) modules, ceramic capacitors, vibration motors, micro phones, sensor products, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), high-precision connectors, liquid crystal display (LCD) modules and others, which are used for communication devices, household electronics, navigations and others.
