Dakar Finance S.A. agreed to acquire PARTS HOLDINGS S.A.S. from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., Investcorp Bank B.S.C. and other shareholders.

Dakar Finance S.A. agreed to acquire PARTS HOLDINGS (FRANCE) S.A.S. from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., Investcorp Bank B.S.C. (BAX:INVCORP) and other shareholders on October 23, 2015. The deal will be funded by the issuance by Dakar Finance on the Irish Stock Exchange of Senior PIK Toggle Notes in the fourth quarter of 2015. As of August 31, 2015, PARTS HOLDINGS had total assets of €801.1 million and total common equity of €211.7 million.
