PATI Games Corporation (KOSDAQ:A194510) agreed to acquire IMI Exchange from Moda Inc. (KOSDAQ:A149940) for KRW 70 billion on August 2, 2018. Full consideration will be paid to the seller on the date the formal contract is signed. For the year ended December 31, 2017, IMI had total assets of KRW 49.05 billion and a net loss of KRW 29.1 million.
The deal is expected to close on August 2, 2018. Shinhan Accounting Corporation acted as external rating institution to PATI Games.
