Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares, representing 1.95% of its issued share capital for TWD 2,867.81 million.The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 70 to TWD 125 per share. The repurchased shares will be transferred to employees.
The program will continue through July 11, 2022.
