PDF Solutions, Inc. Announces Withdrawal of Nomination for Re-Election of Gerald Z. Yin to the Company’s Board of Directors

PDF Solutions, Inc. announced that on June 15, 2021, Gerald Z. Yin, Ph.D. notified the Company that he has withdrawn his nomination for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at 3:00 p.m. Pacific time on June 15, 2021. Dr. Yin also submitted his resignation as a director of the Company effective as of the Annual Meeting. As a result, Dr. Yin will be removed from the slate of candidates for Class II directors to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting, and any votes previously submitted for his re-election will be disregarded.
