Peers Co.,Ltd. announced a private placement of 70,000 common shares at a price of ?2,131 per share for gross proceeds of ?149,170,000 on April 12, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Neusoft Holdings International Inc. Post the transaction Neusoft Holdings International Inc., will hold 3% stake in the company. The company is issuing the securities through third-party allotment method. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The expected payment date is on April 30, 2021.
On April 28, 2021, the company announced that the board of directors postponement of issuance of offered shares and withdrawal of securities registration statement.
