Peixin International Group N.V. has filed an IPO in the amount of PLN 100.00 million.

Peixin International Group NV is a company engaged in the industrial machinery sector, based in the Netherlands. The Company specializes in production lines dedicated for manufacturing of daily-use hygiene products, such as sanitary napkins, diapers, facial tissues, among others. It divides its business into three production segments: Sanitary Napkin Machines, producing automatic folding napkin paper machines and semi-automatic sanitary napkin production lines; Diaper Machines, producing full-servo control full-function baby diaper lines; Tissue Machines, producing semi-servo pets pad lines. It operates through one wholly owned subsidiary, Peixin International Group Ltd, British Virgin Islands.
