Perdoceo Education Corporation provided earnings guidance for the third quarter ending September 30, 2022 and full year ending December 31, 2022. For the third quarter, the company expects operating income to be $19.7 million to $21.7 million. Earnings per diluted share to be $0.22 - $0.24.
For the year, the company expects operating income to be $111.8 million to $117.8 million. Earnings per diluted share to be $1.21 - $1.30.
The company expects revenue for the second half of 2022 to be lower as compared to the second half of 2021 as well as compared to the first half of 2021 when excluding any incremental revenue from recent acquisitions.
