The Company holds an 83% average working interest in 2,577 gross (2,143 net) operated productive wells and an approximate 11% average working interest in 1,094 gross (120 net) non-operated productive wells. Its wells are primarily oil wells (3,150 gross) that produce associated liquids-rich natural gas.
