Perrot Duval Holding SA is a Switzerland-based holding company that invests in financial, industrial and commercial enterprises. The Company directs its investments towards the establishment, acquisition and sale of small or medium-sized companies involved in advanced technologies. The Company primarily invests in the field of automation technology, which focuses on two economic areas, namely Automated Production Process and Automation of Motion. The Company operates its Automated Production Process segment through its subsidiary, Fuell Process Ltd that offers fully automated installations and components for dispensing and safely, used in the production of chemical and pharmaceutical products. The Automation of Motion segment is run by the Company’s subsidiary, Infranor Inter AG, which is engaged in the design and production of electrical servomotors, electric signal amplifiers and programmable controls, as well as providing related engineering and software services.
