Pharma Research Products Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A214450) entered into a memorandum of understanding to acquire Cleviel filler business segment from Aestura Corporation for KRW 5.1 billion on January 11, 2018. Pharma Research Products Co., Ltd and Aestura Corporation signed the contract on February 12, 2018. Under the terms, the consideration is paid in cash, out of which KRW 500 million will be paid on January 11, 2018 (execution guarantee deposit) and remaining balance of 5 billion will be paid on February 13, 2018.
The transaction is resolved by the Board of Directors of Pharma Research Products Co., Ltd on February 12, 2018. Hanmi Accounting Corporation acted as External Rating Institution.
