PhilWeb Corporation (PSE:WEB) acquired NDM BINGO CENTER BAGBAG INC. from Palmary Corporation, Stacey Reyes Lato, Sy Pierre Watson S. Lato, Kenneth Lato, Perry Weinne S. Lato and Arlene Lato Ching for PHP 17.5 million on March 8, 2021. As per the transaction, consideration is payable in cash on execution of the deed of sale. Palmary Corporation currenty holds 1.7 million shares, Stacey Reyes Lato hold 1 share, Kenneth Lato holds 1 share, Perry Weinne S. Lato holds 3.3 million shares and Arlene Lato Ching holds 1 share in NDM BINGO CENTER ANTIPOLO, INC. In a related transaction, PhilWeb executed deeds of sale for the acquisition of 100% of the total issued capital stocks of 15 electronic bingo companies for PHP 450 million and 2 accredited electronic bingo machine supplier companies for PHP 280 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of PhilWeb Corporation.
