The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the decision made by the Committee of the Communist Party of China of The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited, Mr. Yu Ze, a member of the Committee of the Communist Party of China of The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited, a vice president, the responsible compliance officer and the chief risk officer of The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited, has been appointed as the secretary of the Committee of the Communist Party of China of PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited.
