On July 17, 2012 the 16th meeting of the
8th BoD of Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. ("the
Company") was convened and the proposal about appointing Mr.
Li Nanqing as BoD Secretary of the Company was passed at the
meeting.
On September 18, 2012 the Company received "CBRC Reply to the
Qualification
Application for Li Nanqing of PAB" (CBRC Reply?2012?No. 498),
which approved
Li Nanqing's qualification as PAB BoD Secretary.
The BoD of the Company is very grateful to former BoD
Secretary Mr. Xu Jin for his excellent work in respect of
corporate governance, disciplined operation of BoD and
General Meeting, information disclosure and IR
management.
