An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire 60% stake in Lianrun (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Ping An Securities Group (Holdings) Limited (SEHK:231) for HKD 4.5 million on July 15, 2019. The unaudited total assets and net assets of Lianrun (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. as at August 5, 2019 were approximately HKD 5 million and HKD 3.6 million, respectively. Lianrun (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. has ceased to be a subsidiary of Ping An Securities Group (Holdings) Limited. Sale proceeds will be used for general working capital of the Ping An Securities Group (Holdings) Limited. An undisclosed buyer completed the acquisition of 60% stake in Lianrun (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Ping An Securities Group (Holdings) Limited (SEHK:231) on August 5, 2020.
