PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR SHAREHOLDERS

Dear Shareholder, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and national legislation on personal data protection, Piovan S.p.A. (the "Company") hereby provides you with the statement on the processing of the personal data you have given to the Company, also through third parties, concerning your shareholder relationship.

With regard to the processing of the personal data provided, we would like to inform you that:

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Piovan S.p.A., with legal offices based in Italy, Santa Maria di Sala (Venice), Via delle Industrie 16, tel. 041 5799111, email:info@piovan.com, certified email:piovanspa@legalmail.it.

2. Type of data processed, Purposes and Legal basis of Processing

The following personal data will be collected and processed: personal data of a common nature (name, surname, personal data, contact data, telephone number, email address, position within the Company, economic and financial information referring to shareholders and their representatives) for the following purposes: a) updating of the shareholders' register and related activities; b) creation and updating of the mailing list for sending corporate communication; c) accreditation and registration for the participation in Shareholders' Meetings of the Company; d) recording and verbalization of interventions and vote during the Shareholders' Meeting; e) dividend payment; f) exercise of the right of withdrawal or any right which, pursuant to the law, requires a prior authorization by the Issuer; g) statistics to verify the Company's shareholders base or the attendance at the Shareholders' Meetings; h) exercise of the shareholders' rights pursuant to the Consolidated Law on Finance (Legislative Decree 58/1998).

Hence, the legal basis of the aforementioned data processing is the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations.

3. Communication of data to third parties - Data recipients

The Company may communicate the processed data to: I) persons in charge of data processing within the company and internal system administrators in case of IT interventions; II) professionals, consultants and their representatives who collaborate with the Company; III) companies controlled by Piovan S.p.A. Some personal data may be disclosed to the financial market in accordance with the laws in force and CONSOB regulations.

4. Transfer of data to Third Countries

The processed data may be transferred by the Data Controller to Third Countries. However, any transfer of data to the said Countries shall take place in compliance with the regulations regarding data transfer to Third Countries applicable from time to time pursuant to article 44 and subsequent of GDPR 2016/679.

5. Methods of processing, period and data retention criteria

Data will be processed in printed or digital format. Data will be processed by the Data Controller for the period required for the execution of the aforementioned purposes and, at the end of these, for a further period prescribed by law for the storage of contracts and administrative data and/or for defence in legal proceedings (ten years after the last use and/or event interrupting the prescription).

6. Data provision

The provision of data is mandatory for the execution of contractual relations and for legal purposes. Failure to provide such will make it impossible to fulfil the purposes listed above.

7. Rights of the Data Subject, Withdrawal of Consent and Complaints to the Control Authority

The data subject has the right, at any time, to request access to his/her personal data, the rectification, cancellation and limitation of his/her personal data, to oppose to the processing and to exercise the right to the portability of data. In any case, the data subject has the right to revoke, at any time, any consent given to data processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation. In the event of any alleged breach, the data subject shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection Control Authority in the EU Member State where he/she habitually resides, or in the EU State where he/she works or where the alleged breach occurred, if the conditions for such a breach are met.

8. Automated decision-making and Profiling

The processing is not carried out using automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling).
