Plasma MBO Sp. z o.o. acquired an additional 50.2% stake in Plasma System S.A. from System SA for PLN 15.4 million.

Plasma System SA is a Poland-based company active in the field of surface engineering and the research and development of thermal spraying technology. It is engaged in plasma spraying - a technology of applying protection coatings to metal surfaces. Moreover, its offer includes metallization, regeneration of machinery parts, as well as LONGRESIST coating generated by means of thermal spraying. The Company provides its services to energetic and power industry primarily heat and power plant and power plants; machine and chemical industries, paper-making, textile, automotive and food-processing sectors; coking plants, steelworks, shipyards; civil engineering; mining and mineral processing, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was System SA, holding a 55.3% stake in the capital.
