Paravita Holding Ltd. acquired an additional 6.49% stake in Przetworstwo Tworzyw Sztucznych Plast-Box Spólka Akcyjna.

Przetworstwo Tworzyw Sztucznych Plast-Box SA (PTS Plast-Box SA) is a Poland-based company that specializes in the design, manufacturing and development of plastic packaging solutions. The Company offers plastic containers and pails of varying shapes and volumes. These are suitable for use in both the chemical industry (containers for paint, varnish, plaster, cement, bitumen, asphalt, resin, washing powder and other household cleaning agents) and the food industry (containers for fish, processed fruit and vegetables, dairy products, mayonnaise and ketchup, dry vegetable mix, flour-based foodstuffs, marinated and pickled vegetables, popcorn, peanuts, chips and other products). PTS Plast-Box SA also offers imprint and label services, including In-Mould labeling (IML). As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated three subsidiaries, Plast-Box Ukraina, based in Ukraine, as well as Plast-Box Development Sp. z o.o. and Plast-Box Apartments Sp. z o.o.
