Platinum Studios, Inc (OTCBB: PDOS) announced an equity line facility for gross proceeds of $10,000,000 with existing investor Dutchess Private Equities Fund II, LP, a fund managed by Dutchess Capital Management, LLC on November 16, 2011. The facility carries a term of 36 months. The company has the option to sell shares of its common stock to the investor at per share prices to be determined based on market prices in accordance with an agreed-upon formula.
